Celebrating 100M Visitors in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh

We were honored to have curated the menu for the Ministry of Tourism of Saudi Arabia's celebration of reaching 100 million visitors, a milestone achieved seven years ahead of schedule. This event, marked by His Excellency Ahmed AlKhateeb's inspiring speech, showcased the Ministry's remarkable achievements and the vibrant future of tourism in our nation.

Dar Tantora, AlUla

Traditions and recipes of the Old Town families, handed over to us, with so much love and history.

​The kitchen at Asfar is based on the principles of zero waste. All of the food is prepared using fresh, local ingredients from the neighboring Oasis. 

Wadi AlFann, AlUla

In the heart of the mesmerizing oasis of AlUla, an extraordinary event unfolded under the starlit sky, dubbed ‘Campfire Tales: Crossroads of Creativity’. This unique gathering was a celebration of the seamless fusion between nature, art, and culinary finesse, set against the backdrop of the #WadiAlFann Immersive Experience.

Our involvement in this prestigious event was marked by the curation of a distinct menu, aptly named "A Return to Earth". This culinary venture was a heartfelt homage to the bountiful natural crops of AlUla, a true testament to the oasis's generous offerings.

Balad AlFann, Jeddah

Al Balad is the heart and soul of Jeddah, overflowing with culture and history. It's the perfect canvas for any art story.

Balad Al Fann is a project under the theme “Past Forward” and it features art exhibitions, music programs, various art activities and of course, local culinary experiences.

21st MENA Gala with London Business School

In May 2024, we had the pleasure of creating a menu inspired by the MENA regions and diverse terrains for the 21st Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Conference hosted by London Business School as part of this year's theme "Pathways to Prosperity: Visions, Ventures, and Values".
