On Thursday 10th October, we catered for a beautiful event celebrating the book launch of Noor Riyadh "A New Visual Culture,” in collaboration with ASSOULINE. At the beautiful listed building of Maison Assouline in London, the event was attended by curators, artists, and creatives from around the world and here, Chef Nawal AlKhalawi created artisanal canapés and botanical drinks drawing inspiration from the rich flavors of Saudi Arabia.
