Menu design and recipe development for Kayanee honours the modern-day woman, carefully crafted by Saudi nutritional chef Nawal AlKhalawi delivering an easy all day brunch menu while incorporating some locally relatable dishes and ingredients.
This menu supports digestion, energy, mood and hormones and maximizes the bioavailability of nutrients while being rich in phytonutrients, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory components.
The dishes combine high-quality, functional ingredients like Ashwagandha, Spirulina, Moringa, Baobab, Camu Camu, Chlorella, and Lion’s Mane with culturally relevant flavours, ensuring that meals are delicious and nutritionally rewarding.
Alongside our culinary creations, we produced personalised digital artwork that visually represents our menu's unique qualities and functional benefits. Our commitment extends further into education, embodied in a comprehensive 'book of knowledge' that details the functional health benefits, nutritional breakdown and nutritional advice tailored to the specific needs of women at various life stages—from pregnancy through to teenage years and senior life.
This project provides healthy, vibrant meals that embody the true meaning of nutritious eating. It allows every woman to enjoy meals that nurture both mind and body without compromising on taste, which is a core value of ours.
